Q: What is the status of my application for the Federal Rapid Antigen Screening Program for Small & Medium-sized Organizations?
A: To know your application status, please email saleshealthsolutions@shoppersdrugmart.ca
Q: I tried to submit my previous order details and I received the following message. “The form could not be submitted for the following reasons: Total pickup kits not equal to total consumed kits”.
A: The number of tests must add up within each field to a total of 25 x the number of boxes purchased. (e.g. 1 box = 25 tests, 2 boxes = 50 tests, 3 boxes = 75 tests)
Q: I tried to create an account and I was asked for a participation code?
A: For Federal Employer Rapid Antigen Program, a participation code is not required. To create an account, please use the following link
